Joy's Shih-Tzu, Maltese & Japanese Chin

We are a family that works on our family farm.  We produce coastal bermuda hay rolls for feed to horses and livestock.  As a stay at home mom, I raise puppies, mostly shih-tzu, but sometimes we have shih-tzu & maltese or shih-tzu and japanese chin mixes.  We have cats, a horse, big dogs, and our breeder dogs.  They enjoy playing with each other here on our farm.  Puppies are born and raised in our home where they begin their socialization.  As soon as they can walk they get to play outside and enjoy running all over the yard with our big dogs.  I love sharing the love of a shih-tzu with families that get a beautiful puppy from me.  I love receiving the photos of the pups being the king or queen of their new forever homes.  It's a joy to receive photos at Christmas from my customers.  Years ago I fell in love with my first Shih-Tzu.  I was at a family get together and their Shih-Tzu came and sat with me for the duration of my visit with his head on my lap.  He was so loving and calm.  I wanted to get a male shih-tzu as a pet of my own.  I went to get my first shih-tzu and after meeting with the breeder, I learned that her husband was having serious health problems.  She got a good feeling about me and wanted me to take all of her adults and puppies so that she could meet his needs.   Short story, I did, and have enjoyed every moment since.
